RETURNS POLICY - Your Statutory rights are not affected. DVDS
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us, however we only accept goods that are unopened and are still in their original packaging. We will either replace your DVD with an alternative code or give you a credit against a future order. In the event that your DVD is faulty please return this to our office and we will immediately forward another copy. Please note however that we will not accept DVDs that have fingerprints, greasemarks, food stuffs and any other foreign material for credit, as these make the DVD useless! DVDs should always be kept clean.

TOYS
We ONLY accept goods back that have not been opened (for hygene reasons). We will give you a credit against future order, or give you a full refund. Should you have a faulty toy please advise us (no need to return item at this time) and we will immediately forward a replacement.
